If you propose for the time an object, you must informed your Paypal account or your bank details (IBAN and BIC).
This informations are asked only once.

Note : At the time of your registration, you specified if you were a "Private individual" or a "Professional".
We invite you to review «the general conditions sellers » about you, on this page, before validating your membership as artiste on the website www.3dvirtualmarket.com.

Sell your 3D Models and earn until 75%* of your sales.
On each selling, you earn 50% of your sale. At the end of the year, you’ll perceive an Annual Bonus*.
This Annual Bonus depends on the total amount of your sales over the year :

- you sold between 1 € and 500 € during the year : you win an annual bonus of 5% of the total amount of your sales.
- you sold between 500 € and 1.000 € during the year : you win an annual bonus of 10% of the total amount of your sales.
- you sold between 1.000 € and 1.500 € during the year : you win an annual bonus of 15% of the total amount of your sales.
- you sold between 1.500 € and 2.000 € during the year : you win an annual bonus of 20% of the total amount of your sales.
- you sold more than 2.000 € during the year : you win an annual bonus of 25% of the total amount of your sales.

NB:The percentage of remuneration is calculated on the amount of sales Excluding Taxes (HT).

What are the differents steps for selling a 3D Model ?

After clicking on « Sell a 3D Model » / « Sell 3D model », », you’ll have to complete an information form about the object.
The procedure to put on sale consists of 4 steps :

Step 1 / Submission Object :

The Submission form afford to complete all necessary informations of the object description and for 3D Virtual Market validation

Fields with an asterisk (*) are required. The proposal price is a price excluding tax.

Once the form completed, you’ve got two options :
- Click on « Save and add » to propose a new object.
- Click on « Save » and access to your current summary session.

At the end of your session, click on « Submit your session ».
An email is sent to you which inform that 3D Virtual Market is going to handle your request as soon as possible.

Step 2 / Tariff negotiation and upload of compressed file (.rar ou.zip) :

3D Virtual Market indicate Accepted or refused. You receive a summary email of the negotiation in your mail box.

For each proposal object, 3 cases are possible :

- Case n°1 : Pictures and the object price are validated by 3D Virtual Market: You can upload the compressed file(s) (.RAR ou .ZIP).
- Case n°2 : Pictures are validated but 3D Virtual Market make a tariff counterproposal : If you accept it: Upload your compressed file(s).
If you refuse it: the object is rejected and deleted.

Note : At the time of the negotiation, 3D Virtual Market can proposed you make some of your objects “free”
Warning : if you refuse the proposal, your object is deleted.

- Case n°3 : 3D Virtual Market refuse the object: the object is deleted.

Upload of the compressed file
The compressed file (Rar ou Zip) must include :
- The objet in the native format.
- The object in the different available formats (If there are). We recommend you to furnish at least one universal (.obj …).
- The object’s pictures (minimum format 900x900 pixels).
- The object’s maps.

At each upload of compressed file, don’t forget click on « Uploader le fichier rar ».
To validate Step2 / Negotiation and begin Step3 / Validation, click on « Close the counterproposal ».

Step 3 / Validation :

During this step, you’re just spectator.
3D Virtual Market check the object’s conformity send with the pictures of Step 1 : Submission.

2 cases are possible :
- Case n°1 : The object is conform to the pictures send before : The object is validate and going to be put online.
- Case n°2 : The object is conform to the pictures (Corrupt compressed file, objet is different respect to the pictures, missing parts): The object is rejected and deleted of the 3D Virtual Market’s database.

Step 4 / Close :

This step summarize your session and inform you that your validates objects are online.
You can find them on the website as well as on "My account", section "All my items".

Procedure of selling virtual object (3D)

Do I have to propose “free” objects ?
You’re free to propose « free » objects.

How to Buy a 3D Model ?

To buy a 3D model, you must be registered on the website www.3dvirtualmarket.com.
During the purchase of a 3D model, you have 2 options :

Possibility 1 : Add to Wishlist

To add a model to the wishlist, go to the product sheet of the object which you selected and click on "Add to the wishlist".
After adding your object, you can access to your whishlist by clicking on the upper left icon Wishlist of the page.
The wishlist provide to create a list of purchases intention and to memorize it.

This list can become a real order by selecting the desired object and by clicking on « Add to cart ».
Warning : The wishlist is not an contractual commitment on a sale coming.
It’s a service offered by 3D Virtual Market to his users

Possibility 2 : Add to Cart

To buy a 3D model, go to the product sheet of the object which you selected and click on "Add to the Cart".
A control panel proposes you either "Continue Shopping", or "Go to Cart".
Once your selection was made, go to your Cart and click on "Proceed" (If you are not registered or connected, you have to log in).

Note : The price shown on the product sheet is a price excluding Tax. As soon as you add to cart a 3D model, the VAT applies according to the current VAT in your country.

Once the payment was made, you arrive on the page of « Order Confirmation » " where you can download your invoice and to download puchased items.
Furthermore, an e-mail is sent to you with the links of download and the invoice.

If I did not download the object which I bought from the page of "Order Command", how may I download it/ download it again ?

You can find all your purchases and invoices on your account in the section "My purchases" and "View all my products".

What are the differents payment methods ?
You can pay :

- Consult your sales. You may also download the full archive of your sales and download it in Pdf format. By the tab « Statistics », you can see all your diagram of sales.

What are the available tools in "My Account"?

In « My Account », you have different tools:

If you are a consumer:

Informations Account:  Here, you can see and modify all your personal information. (Excluding your Pseudo/Username). Every user has to inform correct information.

You can also unsubscribe of the website www.3dvirtualmarket.com by clicking on « To Unsubscribe ».

My Purchases: In the tab “My Purchases”, you can consult and download (in Pdf) your invoices. You can also download all your bought virtual models (3D) by clicking on “View all my products”.

If you are a seller:

My Sales:  You can consult all your sales. Your sales are represented by a summary table. Every month, you can consult and download your sales report.

My Sessions: A session is a set of one or several virtual objects (3D) proposed in the sale. You can propose several sessions in the same time.

The tab “My Sessions” list all your sessions:

- “Open”

- “Pending”: waiting for 3D Virtual Market’s answer.

- “Close”: Session is closed. All validated objects are online.

Refused objects are deleted of 3D Virtual Market’s database.

All my Items: Here, you can find all your online objects. You can download them. It’s a free online storage.

Stastics: Representation of your sales by diagrams.

How to buy a Virtual Model (3D) ?

Two (2) ways :

- « add to the wishlist »: On the product sheet, click on “add to wishlist”.

Allow you to form a list of intention of purchases and to memorize it.

You can save all virtual models you like and you can buy it when you want by clicking on “Add to cart”.

The wishlist isn’t a contractual commitment on a sale to come. It’s only a service which 3D Virtual Market offer to his customers.

You either “Continue Shopping” or you “Go to Cart”.

At the end of shopping list, go to cart and click on “Proceed”. (You must be registred and logged).

After payment, an information panel opens. You can download your invoice and your purchased items.

In the same time you receive an email with a link to download your invoice and your purchased items. You can rate them by clicking on the second link.

You can find all your invoices and purchased items in “My Account”, “My Purchases”, “View all my products”.

How many « Free » models can I download ?

You can download three (3) virtual models (3D) by day.

You must be registred and logged.

Note: 3D Virtual Market is on the time zone (UTC+01:00) Bruxelles, Copenhague, Madrid, Paris. You can download 3 virtual models (3D) between 00:01 am and 11:59 pm.

How can I modify my bank details?

Before selling virtual model (3D), you have to fill your bank details.

If your bank details change, you must inform 3D virtual Market by the tab “Contact”.

To modify your bank details, 3D Virtual Market will contact you, and you would have to provide valide bank documents.

Do I have to propose « Free » virtual models ?

You’re free to propose « Free » virtual models.

Nevertheless, « Free » is an essential factor about the website attendance: www.3dvirtualmarket.com.

We strongly recommend you to propose « Free » virtual models.

Note: During the negotiation, 3D Virtual Market can propose you to put some virtual models « Free ».

Why is a virtual model (3D) put in promotion ?

A virtual model (3D) can be put in promotion for several reasons :

- for annual events (christmass day, Halloween, …)

- for specific events (sport competition, birthdays,…)

- if virtual model (3D) have many views but isn’t sale.

Note: Before to put in promotion a virtual model (3D), 3D Virtual Market inform the seller. Promotion never exceed 50% of the price excluding tax.

How will you be paid by 3D Virtual market?

If you’re a simple reseller :

You can find your sales state in « My Account », « My sales ».

At the end of each month, you reveive an email.

It contains a downloadable pdf with sales state of the expired month.

In « my account », « my sales », you have five (5) days to accept or reject this sales state.

Before sales state sended, 3d Virtual Market paid you within fifteen (15) days.

After payment, you receive a confirmation email. 

If you’re a professional reseller :

You can find your sales state in « My Account », « My sales ».

At the end of each month, you reveive an email.

It contains a downloadable pdf with sales state of the expired month.

In « my account », « my sales », you have five (5) days to accept or reject this sales state.

Upon reception of this email, you have to send your invoice with your company name to 3D Virtual Market at the following adress : retributionpro@3dvirtualmarket.com.

After your invoice reception, 3D Virtual Market paid you within fifteen (15) days.

After payment, you receive a confirmation email. 

Is there a minimum amount to be paid?

Yes.

You have to reach a minimum amount of twenty (20) euros excuding tax (amount win post 50% 3D Virtual Market’s commission).

If this minimum amount isn’t achieved in three (3) month, you’ll be automatically paid.

The sales state is different in my email and in my account.

If you’re a simple reseller :

If the sales state is different in my email and in « my account », « my sales » , please contact 3D Virtual Market within five (5) days.

To contest your sales state, send an email to 3D Virtual Market at the following adress : retributionpart@3dvirtualmarket.com.

Five (5) days passed, neither claim will be taken into account.

If you’re a professional reseller :

As simple reseller, you have five (5) days to contest your desagreement.

However, you have to send an email at the following adress : retributionpro@3dvirtualmarket.com.

What is a gallery ?

The tab "galleries" is a portfolio for the website www.3dvirtualmarket.com users.

Your gallery must only contain your purchased items and/or your virtual model (3D) for sale on the website : www.3dvirtualmarket.com.

For gallery there is no payment.

The gallery goals is to show your works.

If 3D Virtual Market judge that your gallery is opposite to the privacy policy of the site, it will be rejected.

How to propose a gallery ?

To create a gallery, go to « My account » , « Manage my Galleries », and click on « Create a new Gallery ».

You have to describe your gallery : Title / description / Pictures / Virtual models (3D) used in your scene.

All your purchased and/or your virtual model (3D) for sale on the website items are listed.

Attach the objects by clicking on each object you’ve used.

How to delete a virtual model (3D) or a gallery ?

You can delete a virtual model (3D) or gallery when you want.

You have to send a removal request to 3D Virtual Market by tab « Contact ».

3D Virtual Market is committed to delete the object as soon as possible.

It’s the same for galleries.

Once deleted, you’ll received an email.

Note : Deleted objects stay in 3D Virtual Market’s database during twenty-four (24) month to allow users who have buy your object to download it again.

At the end of this twenty-four (24) month, your objects are definitively deleted of the 3D Virtual Market’s database.

How to do a claim ?

For any claim, you can announce your discontent by the tab « Contact ».

3D Virtual Market is committed to take of your comment as soon as possible.

The virtual model (3D) I downloaded isn’t consistent with that of the product sheet.

You must send the defective file’s name and the number of your invoice to 3D Virtual Market by the tab “Contact”.

3D Virtual Market is committed to check the defective file and to correct it as soon as possible.

If 3D Virtual Market can’t solve the problem, 3D Virtual Market will refund you as soon as possible.

How can I contact 3D Virtual Market?

To contact 3D Virtual Market, go to the tab « Contact ».

3D Virtual Market is committed to answer as soon as possible.

How can I unsubscribe me?

You can unsubscribe by the tab « My account », « Informations Account », « to unsubscribe ».

Once 3D Virtual Market received your email, 3D Virtual Market is commited to cloture your account within fifteen (15) days.

If you are simple buyer :

From that unsubscribe request, you have fifteen (15) days to download all your purchased virtual model (3D).

After this period, your account will be definitively close and you can’t access to “my account

If you are a reseller :

From that unsubscribe request, 3D Virtual Market remove from sales your virtual model (3D).

However, deleted objects stay in 3D Virtual Market’s database during twenty-four (24) month to allow users who have buyed your virtual model to download it again.

At the end of this twenty-four (24) month, your virtual models are definitively deleted of the 3D Virtual Market’s database.

Before the definitive closing of your account, 3D Virtual Market is committed to pay all your current sales.

Note : If you unsubscribe of www.3dvirtualmarket.com, you can’t subscribe again with your old profile.
